Lets start with a profile comparison between Robo and the same diameter seen by the interferometer with all Zernike terms enabled

(Except piston, tip, tilt, defocus, and primary Coma)

 

(The blue line is the diameter profile from the interferometer, the black line is the profile from Robo)
